At Nesty Sleep, we accept all major credit cards and payments made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Maestro, and Klarna.

When you place an order on our site, your card is immediately debited in your local currency. Customers in France and Germany are charged in Euros (EUR), prices are natively set in Euros, with no conversion applied. Customers in the United States are charged in US Dollars (USD). Customers in the United Kingdom (GBP), Canada (CAD), and Australia (AUD) are charged in their local currency, automatically converted from USD at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

If you wish to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. A refund typically takes 10 business days to return to your account. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
